Today I would like to remind us of the importance of joy.
What does joy mean to you?
So joy is an interesting thing. And there’s studies that that really show that there’s a neurochemical basis for joy,
which is just another way of saying that, our bodies react positively to joy.
Promoting better health and wellness. We want to feel joy. We seek it out. And then joy promotes wellness and health span
health span. Being how much time you spend being well rather than sick?
It leads to fulfillment. And when we feel joy, we behave more positively, we smile more. Joy is infectious. And when we smile at people, we make them feel safe and comfortable. And they smile back, which reinforces the positive emotion in us. Happy, fulfilled people are happier. They live longer.
I love providing people with joy. And, then I pass that inner joy on to others. It’s nice to see people walking around with a smile on their face.
